Shipping:
Most of our products ship by UPS/FedEx ground services which generally delivery in 4 to 6 days (usually faster).
All items to large to ship UPS/FedEx will ship via one of our national freight lines.
We do offer discounts for local pickup of our products. Our store is located in Arkansas. Please contact us at sales@equinestuffandmore.com for further details.
Any product that is damaged in shipment should either be refused, or buyer should document damage on the freight bill and contact us immediately.
Any questions about damage on a freight load can be directed to us and we will advise buyers on the best possible course of action.
Payment:
Items will ship only after payment has been made.
Shipping confirmation can be requested. An email will be sent with all necessary information for tracking.
We now use PayPal to process all of our transactions. Setting up a PayPal account is easier than entering the information into our old shopping cart. There are no fees associated with paying by PayPal, nor with setting up a PayPal account. You do not have to go through the hassle of verifying your bank account unless you choose to do so, you can charge your purchase directly to any major credit card. We have changed to this processing for your safety as well as ours. We can still however take your payment directly over the phone if you wish.
Return policy:
All items purchased may be returned (within thirty (30) days) if defective in material or craftsmanship.
- The return is for an exchange only.
- Before returning any merchandise, you must call us on our toll-free number listed below or contact us by email to receive a return authorization number.
- Any items sent back without return authorization will be refused!
- Buyer is responsible for sending back defective item at his/her own expense.
- Once received, we will inspect the defective unit and send out a replacement at no additional cost to buyer.
- If digital pictures are available, buyers may send them instead of paying to return the defective product (as long as the pictures clearly show the defect(s)).
- Any additional refunds will be given at the sole discretion of EquineStuffAndMore.com.
Buyers wishing to return merchandise that is not defective in materials or craftsmanship will be charged a 20% restocking fee to recoup shipping charges incurred by EquineStuffandMore.com The remaining portion of their purchase price will be refunded within seven(7) business days after merchandise has been received back into our warehouse.

What information do we collect?
In order to process your order efficiently, we collect the following information: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card number ("Personal Information") when you place an order with us. This information is used solely by EquineStuffAndMore.com and is stored in a secure environment. Under certain circumstances we do also collect the user's IP address, but only when we suspect that credit card fraud may have occurred. We also periodically conduct surveys of visitors to our Web site. This helps us better understand what our customers would like to see from us. We use this information for internal marketing research purposes. We may contact a visitor who responded to a survey for more information, but only if that visitor has told us that they don't mind being contacted.
Note: now that we have switched to PayPal payment processing, your credit card number is never visible by us, so we no longer collect this information. It is kept secure within PayPal.

At EquineStuffAndMore.com we collect Personal Information only for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing a high level of customer service, gaining knowledge internally regarding what our customers want and mailing circulars and special offers from EquineStuffAndMore.com. We do not give or sell Personal Information to any other party. If at any time you do not want to receive offers and/or circulars from us, you can always remove yourself from our mailing list by sending an e-mail to sales@equinestuffandmore.com.
Opt-out Email Policy
We ask that you tell us when you do not wish to receive periodic emails from us. We will only send email for customer service purposes and to those visitors who have indicated that they wish to receive other types of email from us. If at any time you wish to stop receiving email from us at any time, you can always remove your name from our mailing list by sending an email to sales@equinestuffandmore.com stating that you wish to unsubscribe.
How is the information that you provide secured?
Among our top priorities is keeping your Personal Information secure.
